Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Multiflix account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it from the app, and how to request deletion if you can no longer access the app.
Delete from the app
- Open the Multiflix app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion is processed immediately and is permanent — it cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
If you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you:
Please include your username or registered email so we can verify the request. We respond to and complete verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data and the content tied to your account, including:
- Your profile, username, email, and profile photo.
- Your posts, reels, stories, and blogs.
- Your comments, likes, views, reactions, and saved/favourited items.
- Your follows, blocks, and notifications.
- Your earnings ledger, transactions, withdrawal requests, and feedback you submitted.
What may be retained
Messages you sent in direct conversations remain visible to the people you chatted with, shown as coming from a removed account. We may also retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations, for no longer than the law requires.
