These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) are a binding agreement between you and Multiflix. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Multiflix app or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Multiflix. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior

Multiflix has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, or illegal content and conduct. By using the Service you agree that you will not create, upload, post, share, or transmit any content, or engage in any behavior, that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
  • is hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusive toward any person or group;
  • promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity;
  • infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • contains spam, scams, malware, or impersonation.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We remove violating content and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

3. User-Generated Content & Moderation

You are solely responsible for the content you post. To keep the community safe, Multiflix provides tools that we act on:

  • Report / flag content: every post can be reported from its menu. Reported content is reviewed and objectionable content is removed.
  • Block users: you can block any user from their profile; blocked users can no longer interact with you or see your content.

We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and suspending or banning offending accounts.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate this Agreement. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
